Summary: A boat scored TLE shall be scored points for the
finishing place one more than the points scored by the last boat that
finished within the Finishing Window.
11.2 RRS A5.2 is changed as follows:
A boat that was on the water at the race server before 2 minutes
before the start, but did not start, did not finish or retired, shall be
scored points for the finishing place equaling the number of boats
that were on the water on the race server before 2 minutes before
the start. If a boat
disconnects from the server, restart the race if the boat returns to the
server within 1 minute before the start, except if a restart of the race
already has been made for that boat..

2. Boat(s) involved: Cap Max and euphoria
7. Description: I'm on starboard and Cap Max on port tacks too late so our mast hit. Euphoria was sailing upwind, on STB and CapMax on port on converging courses 1 1/2 boat lengths apart. CapMax started luffing and contact occured between the top of his mast and the top of Euphoria's mast.
Conclusions:
CapMax on port failed to keep clear from Euphoria on starboard and broke RRS 10.. . .

Protest Day 3
Summary: Description:
Approaching the start, I'm on layline on starboard for pin end.
Start line perpendicular is oriented 58 degrees, which means it's a huge advantage to start on the pin. and there are big shifts both ways, and pin boat is always able to tack ahead on a left shift.
Without BigBos barging in, I would have tacked to port after 3 minutes, when the TWD shifted to 38.
That's a 20 degrees left shift compared to start line, and I would have crossed the whole fleet and been first at top mark.. Hello,
I wanna ask for Redress pls.

7. Description: For the record, I hailed stb 12 seconds before we met. Thor did not hail for RTT to Norone. I had to luff to avoid contact. Thor did not complete his tack until long after our situation. Thor did not keep clear as tacking boat. He got a VSK Pen which he cancelled.. .
